Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team.
- This role is ideal for a confident individual who can sell services, grasp complex legal products quickly, and convert inquiries into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell the firm’s legal services to prospective clients through various channels.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring potential clients fully understand the services offered.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend suitable legal solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, with pay/bonus tied directly to sales performance.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the firm’s legal services to confidently communicate their value.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably selling services (e.g., legal, consulting, or professional services).
- Ability to grasp and articulate complex legal products and services quickly.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and convert leads efficiently.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years experience.
