Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by promoting and selling our software solutions to potential clients.
  • You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Present and demonstrate our software solutions to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent Starnet Innovations Limited and promote our products.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a sales representative or in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
