Job Title: Sales Representative & Customer Care Officer

Location: Benin City, Edo

Job Description

  • We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative & Customer Care Officer to join our growing gadget business. This role involves engaging with customers, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales by recommending the best products to meet customers’ needs.
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, tech-savvy, and possess strong communication skills.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Responsibilities
Sales:

  • Assist walk-in customers by providing product information and recommending suitable gadgets.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers to drive sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest gadget trends and product offerings.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products where applicable.
  • Process customer purchases and manage inventory levels.

Customer Care:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers on purchases, resolving any issues related to warranties, repairs, or product replacements.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service interactions.
  • Provide after-sales support by staying in touch with customers via phone or email.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND qualification in any field.
  •  At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a tech or gadget business.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and knowledgeable about gadgets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and basic inventory management software.

Salary
N100,000 / month
