Job Title: Sales/Site Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Conditions: Mondays to saturdays

Job Summary

  • The Site Officer is responsible for ensuring that all site activities are carried out in accordance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • This role involves supervising site operations, managing personnel and clients, 3D models for projectsand maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision:

  • Oversee daily operations on the construction or project site.
  • Ensure all site activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor work progress and provide guidance to site personnel.
  • Ability to design a 3D model and render as appropriate for projects

Health and Safety:

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Quality Control:

  • Inspect work to ensure it meets quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify and resolve any issues related to quality or compliance.
  • Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality control activities.

Site Management:

  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Manage site resources, including equipment and manpower.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, work progress, and incident logs.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to the Site Manager or Project Manager.
  • Document any deviations from plans and propose corrective actions.

Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for site-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Facilitate effective communication between all site personnel and stakeholders.
  • Participate in site meetings and provide updates on project status.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Keep abreast of industry best practices and updates in regulations.

Qualifications

  • Education: [Relevant Degree or Certification
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in site supervision, architecture or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in the use of autocad or model rendering
  • Proficiency in using site management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Capacity to inspect and oversee site activities in potentially hazardous environments.
