Job Description

• We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Team Lead to oversee and drive the performance of our Client’s sales team.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales, with experience in bathroom and sanitary ware, lighting solutions, or related industries.
• This role will involve managing day-to-day sales operations, mentoring the team, and ensuring sales targets are achieved.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions to boost sales performance.
• In-depth understanding of the industry and market trends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft & videoconferencing applications.
