Job Title: Secretary

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Handle administrative duties such as managing schedules, maintaining records, and organizing files.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record accurate meeting minutes.
  • Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries, acting as a reliable point of contact.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized and functional.
  • Draft and proofread documents, correspondence, and reports as required.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to support communication and collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools.

Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
