Job Title: Secretary
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Handle administrative duties such as managing schedules, maintaining records, and organizing files.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record accurate meeting minutes.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries, acting as a reliable point of contact.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace remains organized and functional.
- Draft and proofread documents, correspondence, and reports as required.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and team members to support communication and collaboration.
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
- Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools.
Salary
N40,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
