Title: Senior Agritech Business Operations Manager
Location: Ogun
Responsibilities
- Work in a 24/7 operations and multi-discipline teams to attend to specific problem or process issues
- Customize AgriTech solutions in accordance to the farm’s layout and requirements
- Work with design engineers in control systems development for new & existing machines, options, or configurations
- Prepare and update documentation and procedures
- Participate in Research and development
- Interact with and lead Field Service Specialist in diagnosing and solving problems hands-on.
- Understand all safety and “best-practices’ codes and guidelines
- Conform to all company safety standards and policies
Educational and other Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc / M.Sc Degrees in any Agriculture-related discipline
- Be able to speak, listen, read and write English at a proficiency level
- Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level
- Must be highly motivated
- Comfortable & familiar with working on PC applications, Proficient with MS Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Access
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Teams, Slack, PowerBI, Microsoft/Oracle SQL, Salesforce.
- Must be able to live and work on site.
Experience (4 – 6 years):
- Expert knowledge in producing AgriTech solutions – Livestock Farming, table egg production and Irrigation system, High Tech greenhouse, nutrient management, Open Field Irrigation, Vertical Farm and Indoor Farm
- Apply practical experience and current technology to enhance AgriTech solutions
- Practical, methodical, and analytical troubleshooting skills
- Experience in livestock medications.

- Good Leadership skills, such as the ability to motivate a team and provide feedback
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels and good service orientation
- Resourceful and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity
- Strong people management skills
- Positive and honest mindset.
