Job Description
- We are looking for a Senior Associate, Enterprise Account Management.
- The role involves managing and nurturing key enterprise-level relationships to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, who can understand clients’ needs and align Flutterwave’s products and services accordingly.
What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be Like
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, thoroughly understanding their business model, needs and challenges
- Support revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for enterprise clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their queries, concerns, and escalations promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, showcasing the value proposition of Flutterwave’s solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential enterprise clients and develop tailored pitches and proposals.
- Work closely with product development teams to provide client feedback and contribute to the enhancement of Flutterwave’s products and services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and support.
Required Competency and Skillset to be a Waver
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field required.
- 4-6 years of proven experience in enterprise account management, preferably in the financial technology industry
- Strong understanding of payment solutions, financial services, and e-commerce platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand complex business requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
