Key Responsibilities
- Lead all fund management activities, including strategy development and performance optimization.
- Manage asset allocation and security selection for optimal portfolio performance and risk management.
- Conduct thorough research to identify lucrative investment opportunities across various sectors.
- Monitor portfolio risk and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard against market fluctuations.
- Analyze portfolio performance and communicate insights to clients and senior management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Develop investment strategies to meet objectives.
- Attract investments from HNIs, corporates, and government institutions.
- Market company products effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of fund/portfolio management experience.
- Deep understanding of financial markets and investment techniques.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- A Licensed Capital Market Operator will be preferred
