Locations: Lagos and Akwa Ibom

Job Summary
The preferred candidate should have previous experience in the following Human Resources functions.

• HR Generalist Experience
• Manpower Planning
• Recruitment & Selection
• Performance Management
• Training & Development
• Employee Relations
• Industrial Relations – Experience in a Unionized environment i.e PENGASSAN
• Organization Development
• Compliance
• Corporate Relations
• General Administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• MBA in Human Resources Management
• Professional Certification e.g CIPD, CIPM, SPHR or SHRM (Active membership)
• It is expected that the suitable candidate would have knowledge in various HR functions.
• Required Years of Experience: 10 – 15 Years
• Preferred Sector: Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Petrochemical, Minning.
