What You’ll Be Expected To Do At Fincra
- Support technical hiring process by building talent pipeline, managing communication, schedules and hiring documentation.
- Source top technical talent online to build a funnel of qualified candidates for a quickly scaling and dynamic global team.
- Effectively manage candidates and offers, screen candidates resumes, assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, and experience.
- Develop recruitment strategies for the acquisition and retention of tech talents, adopt objective and equitable recruitment processes to ensure vacancies are filled quickly.
- Display high sense of ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing to interviews through hiring and ensure the highest level of candidate experience.
- Manage the new hire onboarding process.
- Administer various people surveys, prepare and analyse reports, and implement recommendations.
- Support the implementation of people initiatives.
What We Look For In You
- At least 6+ years’ experience as a technical recruiter in a Fintech, technology business.
- Highly self-motivated and directed; ability to execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interact with diplomacy and tact and follow-up on requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
