Job Description

• As a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer at Uridium Technologies Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute automated test scripts, identify and report bugs, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with software developers and other stakeholders to identify test requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
• Execute various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.
• Identify and report software defects, and work with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback from a quality assurance perspective.
• Contribute to the enhancement and maintenance of the automation testing framework.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and automation testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a proactive approach to teamwork.
