Responsibilities
- Record, Update , Enter and Prepare all service-related reports/documentation and share them with the appropriate persons
- Liaise with the Warranty coordinator and the Warehouse supervisor to get needed items and information for service jobs to be done by the technicians and inform the technicians of same
- Update the Warranty Coordinator of all technician’s daily activities and share files of jobs done as timely as possible.
- Liaise with the Service manager and the Warranty Coordinator to get the schedule of service jobs and inform the technicians assigned to each job of same.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 0 – 1 year work experience.
