Job Title: Service Advisor/Social Media Handler

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the autocare center.
• Ensure a positive customer experience, from the initial interaction when a vehicle is brought in, through the repair process, and during the final explanation of the services performed.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our online presence.
• Create, schedule, and post content across our social media platforms.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure content aligns with our mission and goals.

Qualifications

• BA / BSc / HND
• 3 to 7 years experience a sa Service Advisor in the Automobile Industry.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive systems, repairs, and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Being able to explain complex technical information in a way that is easy for customers to understand.
• Being able to drive with a Valid Driver’s License.

Salary
N100,000 per month.
