Title: Shopper Intern

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends. Analyze competitor offerings and report findings to the team.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks and stock management. Help organize and maintain product displays.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience. Assist customers in locating products and provide information as needed.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team in achieving targets by facilitating smooth sales processes. Participate in promotional activities and events to attract customers.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze sales data to identify patterns and insights. Assist in preparing reports and presentations based on sales performance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling. Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in retail operations and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
