Title: Site Administrator
Location: Abuja
Job Description
- Being a site administrator, you will be in charge of the overall site management. This includes ordering supplies, updating and maintaining records and site registers, writing reports, briefing suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
- It is your job to keep an eye on a project from start to finish.
- You also have to make sure that the necessary documents are prepared during each stage and regulations are adhered
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, capturing, collating and distributing information
- Performs administrative duties for the sites ensuring all documentation regarding timesheets, materials and equipment usage are maintained as required
- Maintains an organized filing system on site
- Perform general clerical duties; filing and material receiving
- Ensure that the required materials are delivered to site
- Sort out documents related to the project, maintaining installation records, and monitoring the drawings. You are required to prepare documents during every stage of the program as part of quality control.
Liaising with suppliers and contractors:
- Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR
- Dealing with queries, complaints and requests for information.
- Enabling and maintaining communications between project team members and other stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the sales departments as needed. Such as assisting with client meetings, giving walking clients a tour of the site, creating presentations and packages.
Liaising with clients:
- Process and maintain accurate payment records.
- Administers site and safety supplies, stationary etc
- Suggest and implement improved work methods and systems relating to administrative tasks
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND qualification with at least 2 years relevant work experience.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- Possess construction site administration related experience with knowledge of purchasing, accounts payable and payroll. Basic accounting knowledge is required.
- Experience in the construction industry is an asset
- Intermediate level of computer skills in MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to work independently, accurate computer data input and record keeping
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
- Team player, flexible and able to work well with site team members.
Salary Range
N30,000 – N50,000 Monthly.
