Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil Engineer or Builder) with a strong background in managing real estate projects in areas like Lekki, V.I., Banana Island, and Ikoyi.
• Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in luxurious construction supervision, planning, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, design, and construction to ensure on-time, budget-compliant delivery.
• Manage on-site activities and coordinate with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to designs, quality, and safety standards.
• Address on-site challenges and enforce quality control.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain consistent communication with the project team.

Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 monthly (negotiable based on experience).
