Sendvoy Limited, a fast developing logistics firm in Abuja, Nigeria, is seeking appropriately qualified applicants to fill the following position:

Title: Social Media/Content Creator

Location: Utako, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description Responsibilities

• Create and post original and relevant content on our social media channels, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, according to our editorial calendar and brand.
• Write captivating captions and hashtags that reflect our brand.
• Monitor and respond to our followers’ and customers’ comments, messages, and reviews on our social media platforms, and escalate any issues or feedback to the senior social media manager or the customer support team.
• Track and measure the performance of our social media posts and campaigns.
• Assist with developing and implementing new and innovative social media strategies and campaigns to increase our brand awareness, reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and tools in social media marketing.

Qualifications

• You must be a Corp Member serving in Abuja and within 2 months of service or those actively searching for a PPA.
• Reliable internet access and a laptop or computer with the necessary software and tools for the role
• A Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Basic graphic design skills and experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by your supervisor.

Salary

• N30,000 – N45,000 / Month.
