Job Description:
- Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team.
- As Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating and executing social media strategies to engage our audience, promote our brand, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audience.
- Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.
- Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing and shareable content.
Graphic Design and Video Editing:
- Design eye-catching graphics and visuals for social media posts, including images, infographics, and banners.
- Edit videos for social media content, including promotional videos, interviews, and product demonstrations.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms, fostering positive interactions with the audience.
- Implement community management strategies to build and maintain a loyal fan base.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns, evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports to the marketing team and management, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
Social Advertising:
- Develop and execute paid social advertising campaigns to reach specific target demographics and achieve desired objectives.
- Optimize ad campaigns based on performance data.
Influencer Partnerships:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the brand’s reach and credibility.
Crisis Management:
- Be prepared to handle and resolve any social media crises or negative feedback promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Experience in paid social advertising and influencer collaboration is a plus.
