Role Description

• This is a volunteer remote role for a Social Media Manager.
• The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of social media marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• This includes developing and implementing content strategies, managing social media accounts, optimizing social media content for engagement, and writing compelling social media posts.

Qualifications

• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Content Strategy knowledge and experience
• Ability to write compelling social media posts
• Experience creating engaging social media content
• Knowledge of social media analytics and ability to interpret data
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Volunteer or previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
