Job Overview
- Sleek de Empire is seeking a warm, professional, and organized Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients.
- The Spa Receptionist will handle customer inquiries, manage bookings, and ensure a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries regarding spa services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Manage spa appointment bookings and maintain an organized schedule to optimize service flow.
- Check clients in and out, ensuring accurate billing and payment processes.
- Address customer concerns and assist in resolving any issues with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Promote spa products and services, providing information on current packages, discounts, and new offerings.
- Coordinate with spa therapists and managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of customer preferences and service history to enhance personalized service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, especially in a spa or wellness environment, is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and appointment scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally.
- A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to create a relaxing, welcoming atmosphere.
Salary and Benefits
- N25,000 – N40,000 monthly.
