CAF, the region’s administrative organisation, oversees competitions, provides technical and administrative training courses, and actively promotes and practices football.
Title: Sponsorship Liaison and Operations Manager
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Responsibilities
- Work with the Sponsorships and Operations team on preparing for CAF competitions different aspects and retro-planning.
- Maintain the relationship with the sponsors on day-to-day communications, inquiries, and planning.
- Prepare for the sponsors on-ground activations and the necessary logistics behind it.
- Archive and track sponsors contracts.
- Work on ground Marketing operations competitions and events: maintain all related marketing and sponsorship elements with the teams, stadium management, branding agency, LEDs, and digital activations.
- Prepare sponsorship reports post-events.
- Create activation concepts and follow up on their implementation.
- Other matters requested by the line manager.
Requirements (Profile)
- Bachelor’s Degree in in Business Administration, or Sports Management, or equivalent.
- Master’s degree in Sport Management or Similar is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Similar position.
- Fluent in English and French language both written and spoken; command of Arabic is a plus.
- Agility, Proactiveness and teamwork are highly appreciated.
- Comfortable with frequent travel for long periods of time.
