Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain inventory and ensure product availability.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Support sales reporting and data collection.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience.
  • Problem-solve and resolve customer issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and ensure a secure shopping environment.
  • Ability to create content for social media.
