Title: Technical Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support to our team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating technical documentation.
  • Experience in graphic design and website management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in desktop publishing and system troubleshooting.
  • Driving experience is compulsory.

Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Help Desk Software, Remote Desktop Tools, Documentation Software, Backup and Recovery, Troubleshooting Tools.

Salary

  • N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
