Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a Medical related field (MBBS, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, and Nursing) or any other related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, or any other related field is an added advantage.
- At least 2 years’ experience providing administrative support to Executives in busy reputable organizations.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders, nurture strategic business partnerships and carry out negotiations. Proven ability to handle confidential information with professional discretion.
- Good business acumen and understanding of company strategic objectives and goals.
- Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner.
- All candidates must be highly motivated team players willing to go the extra mile; they must possess excellent communication (written, spoken and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
- Computer knowledge is a MUST.
