Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Technology Management Engineer who will perform a spectrum of job duties, including supervision of some technical personnel, design and deployment of computer and other technological systems, operations, evaluation of technology value, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Cisco Devices routers, switches and fire-wall configuration
• Able Install and configure operating systems, software, and hardware
• Windows Server Roles – Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy configuration
• Microsoft 365 and Office support to users
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Repairs of computer hardware
• Identify potential issues and integrate possible solutions
• document and design, maintenance, and support procedures for routine tasks
• Conduct root-cause analysis for service interruption and establish preventive measures
• Create reports and documentation outlining findings and solutions
• Engage with Deputy Head of Technology regularly, reporting on project status, activity, and achievements.

Skills and Qualifications

• A Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field. Equivalent work experience is acceptable in lieu of Degree
• Minimum of three years working experience in LAN and WAN environment
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Repairs of computer and technological hardware.
• Knowledge of system administration
• Knowledge of Windows Server Roles – Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams
• Ability and willingness to work long hours and meet tight deadlines;
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Must have applicable professional trainings and certifications.
