Job Summary
- The Telesales Customer Experience Officer is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth through effective outbound sales and customer service.
- This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of the company’s products or services, and a passion for building lasting relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales: Actively reach out to potential customers through phone calls to introduce the company’s products or services and generate new business opportunities.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process, from qualifying leads to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive results.
Qualifications
- First degree
- Experience in telesales or call center operations
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficient in using CRM and other customer CRMtools
