ProductHeights Consulting – Our client, a haircare brand, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales Officer

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full Time

Role Purpose

• To generate sales revenue for our client by effectively promoting and selling their haircare products to customers via telephones.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential and existing customers to identify sales opportunities.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our client’sproduct range, including features, benefits, and target audiences.
• Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches that highlight the unique selling points of our products and address customer needs.
• Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
• Sales Closing: Close sales effectively by addressing customer objections and securing orders.
• Sales Reporting: Accurately track and report sales activities, including daily call volume, sales conversions, and customer feedback.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in telesales or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Persuasive and persuasive sales techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
• Proficiency in using a CRM system.
• A passion for haircare and a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products.
