Title: Terminal Office Assistant
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Description
- Assisting the Terminal Manager with operational issues.
- Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
- Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
- Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
- Liaise with HR team to take inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Follow up all departments operations and forward relevant suggestions for improvement to the Terminal Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc. in Management, Business Administration, and Engineering
- At least 1 – 3 years experience in a similar role.
- A relevant certificate in Business Writing and Elocution is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superb organizational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to learn.
