Job Description

• Do you enjoy building relationships and helping people reach their financial goals?
• We’re looking for a reliable and organized Savings Collector to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in our mission by collecting daily savings contributions from our valued customers.
• You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the safe and accurate collection of deposits.

Responsibilities

• Collect daily savings contributions from assigned customers according to a designated schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient collection process.
• Build rapport with customers, answer questions about our savings products, and promote a positive brand image.
• Ensure the security of collected funds by following established procedures.
• May assist with onboarding new customers interested in starting a savings plan.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with a diverse clientele.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Proficiency in basic math and cash handling.

Salary
N10,000 – N30,000 / month.
