Title: Ticketing and Documentation Coordinator
Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the booking of travel tickets (flights, trains, etc.) for employees according to company policies and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all booked tickets, including itineraries, costs, and employee details.
- Communicate travel arrangements to employees and provide necessary documentation, such as e-tickets or boarding passes.
- Monitor travel schedules and make any necessary changes or updates to bookings as required.
- Collaborate with travel agencies or booking platforms to ensure timely and cost-effective ticketing solutions.
- Assist HR with visa processing and documentation for international travel, if applicable.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to travel bookings in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations when handling employee travel information.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates to HR and management on travel expenses and trends.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices to optimize travel processes and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in travel coordination, ticketing, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees and travel vendors professionally.
- Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy when managing travel documentation and records.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of visa processing procedures and international travel regulations is a plus.
Salary
- N150,000 – N200,000 / month.
