Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage driver schedules.
- Allocate delivery routes effectively.
- Keep driver records current and accurate.
- Support the recruitment process for new drivers.
- Track vehicle usage and oversee maintenance records.
- Review and process trip logs and reports.
- Ensure adherence to road regulations and safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
- HND or B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic proficiency in computer skills.
