1). Accountant
Location: Lagos

Job Brief
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
- The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy of financial documents, reconcile bank statements, calculate tax payments and returns, and provide accurate quantitative information on the company’s financial position, liquidity, and cash flows while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly bills and post into individual accounts.
- Reconcile account receivables weekly and collaborate with the Business Manager to recover outstanding payments.
- Post and reconcile vendor accounts.
- Obtain approval for third-party payments after ensuring all controls and evidence are in place.
- Post all payments, receipts, invoices, accruals, and other transactions daily.
- Monitor payment clearances and report discrepancies to the Head of Finance.
- Ensure timely servicing of the generator.
- Reconcile GTBank master and aero accounts monthly.
- Post all GTBank expenses to the general ledger and manage petty cash float reimbursements.
- Reconcile bank statements by the 5th of each month.
- Reconcile all general ledger account heads.
- Prepare monthly management accounts by the 20th of each month.
- Prepare staff pension schedules and ensure timely remittance.
- Remit PAYE, VAT, and WHT monthly.
- Ensure timely payment of internet subscriptions and PHCN bills.
- Manage fixed asset postings and ensure compliance with all controls.
- Handle all tax-related issues, including FIRS, I-SBIR, WHT, VAT, PAYE, Income Tax, and Education Tax.
- Process third-party payments and staff tax clearance cards.
- Assist with yearly audits and statutory documentation.
- Monitor and advise on core competencies and diversification opportunities.
- Conduct weekly general ledger posting checks.
- File annual returns and manage CAC requirements.
- Prepare and monitor annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets.
- Perform any other assigned duties.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven work experience as an Accountant.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including GAAP.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Sage.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Experience with general ledger functions.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant Degree.
- Additional certification (ACA/ACCA) is a plus.

2). Senior Project Architect

- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selecting, evaluating, and implementing architectural procedures and techniques to complete projects. This role includes overseeing minor or small architectural projects and guiding the work of lower-level architects.
- You will prepare reports and specifications, utilizing advanced techniques to contribute to moderately complex aspects of projects. This position typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience.
Responsibilities
- Create schematic designs, design development, and construction documents.
- Develop projects while adhering to specific requirements and schedules.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the New Jersey Building Codes and local zoning codes.
- Work on large infrastructure building designs, documentation, and delivery to project managers, contractors, and team members.
- Function as an architectural designer when necessary.
- Lead the technical development of multiple projects of varying size and complexity.
- Guide and manage building and systems programming, site and building analysis, and report documentation.
- Serve as a healthcare design program manager.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture is required; Bachelor/Master of Architecture from an accredited program is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written skills in English.
- High proficiency in Revit.
- A minimum of 5 years of related work experience on mid to large scale projects.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the production and coordination of documents in all phases of architectural practice and management.
- Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Bluebeam Studio, and other graphics/design applications is a plus.
- Strong presentation, client engagement, team building, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
- Architectural Registration is preferred.

3). Facility Manager
