1). Investment Officer (Funds Mobilization)

Job Summary
- We are looking to hire for the Wealth Manager Role who will play a pivotal role in proactively attracting and mobilizing deposits from various segments of the market.
- Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, effectively communicating the benefits of our deposit products.
Responsibilities
- Marketing and sale of all bank’s deposit products
- Meeting and exceeding sales target as assigned by HOD/management.
- Sourcing for new and maintaining existing deposit clients.
- Constantly updating and maintaining customers’ accounts
- Cultivating, enhancing and establishing courteous relationship with existing and prospective customers
- Liaise with Deposit Mobilization Lead to ensure that, due diligence is always enforced to meet the requirements of the regulator, and protect the interest of both the depositors and the organization.
- Innovate and develop attractive value-added deposit products and marketing strategies based on field experience.
- Continually generate a viable pipeline of prospects/potential clients within the desired target market that will ensure the achievement of the set personal and departmental targets.
- Regularly liaises with treasury management unit and other divisions in order to understand ongoing changes in business activities and developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Marketing and any other related course
- 2-4 years minimum experience as deposit mobilization officer
- Target and results oriented and willing to take responsibilities
- Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with a basic level of sophistication in personal interaction and grooming
- Have the ability to initiate and pursue projects approved by management on his initiative Confident personality with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

2). Credit Underwriter
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary
- We are looking to hire a Credit Underwriter who would assess and make decisions on customer credit applications using a range of criteria including purpose of application, credit viability, customer payment history and customer credit-worthiness.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and analyzing the creditworthiness of all potential customers based on risk criteria.
- To evaluate all quantitative details in the applications with a view to make objective decisions based on empirical facts from financial information evaluated.
- Reviewing application for credit facilities with a view to point out deviations from the company’s credit policy and highlight quality assurance issues in credit proposals received from business areas.
- Performing various departmental functions including loan covenant monitoring, risk rating, audit preparation and recovery as assigned by HOD.
- To evaluate all quantitative details in the applications with a view to make objective decisions based on empirical facts from financial information evaluated.
- Ensuring that all credit approvals, KYC are in place documentation is duly executed and that the company’s interest is well protected.
- Conducting credit search (CRS & CRC Report) on credit bureau database.
- Conducting Email Verification & preparing Transaction Consummation Report.
- Reviewing transactions for final checklist and approval.
Qualifications
- B.Sc in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Marketing or any other related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in credit underwriting and loan disbursement from a Digital Lender or Microfinance Bank.
- A good knowledge of the micro-credit and SME loan industry, with hands-on experience with lending procedures and products.
- Excellent analytic, numerical, organizational, critical thinking, logical reasoning, communication and presentation skills.
Salary
N200,000 – N250,000 / month.

- We are looking to hire for an Internal Auditor Manager who will be responsible for conducting thorough examinations of internal systems, processes, and financial records.
- H/she will provide quality audit services by evaluating the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the systems within the bank, to add value and optimize our operations through a systematic, compliance-driven approach to maximizing the effectiveness of our risk management, control, and governance.
- The role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to management. The Internal Auditor will contribute to the enhancement of internal controls and assist in safeguarding the company’s assets.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and test internal controls to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential concern and recommend mitigating measures.
- Examine financial statements and transactions to verify accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Perform regular audits of business operations to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
- Identify deficiencies or weaknesses in internal processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with department heads to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years experience in Internal Audit within the banking sector.
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to the board
