1). Training Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
- Liaises with management and other internal and contract personnel to understand training needs and to ensure the company expectations are
- Plans, conducts, facilitates and manages training agendas for training sessions, presenting information clearly and concisely to various audiences
- Assesses training needs, identifies, designs and coordinate the facilitation of training programme to attendees
- Keeps abreast of developments in various areas of security training and learning
- Prepare training budget/expenses
- Liaison with the IT support service to ensure adequate preparation for training programme
- Ensure that the training room is well and neatly arranged for training purposes.
- Allocate training materials, give a briefing before and after training sessions
- Contribute to the design, planning and reviewing of courses across Security training
- Ensure the efficient administration and smooth running of the training courses
- Keeps up to date with developments in training methodology in safety, security and emergency management and crisis response
- Updates the Trainers’ Manuals, document training/events delivered, document procedures and update needed templates to make training
- efficient
- Develops procedures to ensure a more efficient training programme
- Develops new projects to enhance the services of the training department
- Ensure all training resources are available for use

2). Workshop Supervisor
Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description
- Advise all new and existing workshop staff member of policies and procedures and adherence to these policies and procedures
- Set a regular workshop cleaning schedule highlighting employees specific duties
- Make suggestions to management for improvements on operational activities
- Maintain a well trained workforce and supervise in-house training as required
- Ensure the development and progress of all technicians
- Assist toward keeping the workshop area clear, orderly and attractive in appearance
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor and/or management in a professional and efficient manner
- Assist in the coordinating overtime hours
- Maintain a high degree of product knowledge on all Buckler’s product offering
- Follow housekeeping, safety and security procedures that result in a safe and attractive environment
- Identifies and reports unsafe, unhealthy or hazardous working conditions
- Ensures the availability and use of personal protective equipment for technicians
- Prescribes work detail, specifications and procedures to be adopted with regards to the vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Assists with Interviews and recommends for employment suitable applicants for workshop roles
- Maintains inventories of stocks, tools, workshop equipment and other supplies
- Gives technical advice as required and prepares technical reports
- Ensure that repairs are performed in a professional manner and in accordance with industry accepted good practice
- Prepare, supervise and control workshop activities, including the scheduling of work for technicians
- Liaise with customers and diagnose customer concerns with equipment prior to being booked in for service and/or repair
- Assist all Technicians in the diagnosis of mechanical problems
- Ensure that Technicians are using their time effectively and efficiently
- Upon completion of normal repairs and/or service, inspect and test vehicle with the Technician who completed the job to ensure the vehicle has been repaired
- and/or serviced in accordance with the customer’s instructions and manufacturers guidelines
- Ensure customers receive the best quality service by requiring that all jobs are completed correctly the first time
- Ensure all customer vehicle is presented back to the customer in a clean and presentable standard
- Check and inspect that all tools are available and maintained in the correct place and that all equipment is in suitable working condition
- Control and set workshop behavioral standards and maintain staff morale.

3). Accounts Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Manages an accurate financial administration (creditors, debtors, salary administration, ledgers) and monitors the cash flow, the goods flow, accounts, and other financial transactions accurately.
- Creates and manages the Chart of Accounts.
- Develops control policies and processes.
- Prepares estimates, invoices, and purchase order.
- Responsible for the preparation of Monthly and Annual budgets.
- Analyzes financial discrepancies and ensures all discrepancies are discussed and resolved with the concerned department.
- Reports unsolved discrepancies to the Line Manager.
- Ensures all invoices for OPEX and CAPEX (goods, services, utilities and investments) are coded and booked accurately.
- Ensures the invoices are controlled and approved by the line management, before processing in the bookkeeping system.
- Sets up a monthly report.
- Post all expenses and receivables daily.
- Prepares monthly management and accounting reports.
- Maintains and updates product/service list and pricing on QuickBooks.
- Work in collaboration with Operations with respect to BOMs, to maintain an accurate Cost of goods and pricing of products and services on Quickbooks to reveal actual profit margin
- Follows up with the Business Operations Manager on outstanding payments from Clients and sends reminders on Quickbooks.
- Maintains accurate data of approved vendors on Quickbooks and prepares Purchase Orders
- Monitors and updates Inventory list on Quickbooks
- Verifies payroll and ensures in collaboration with HR, that salaries are paid to the B.O.S employees on time
- Uploads approved payments on Company Internet Banking platform
- Maintains cordial and professional relationship with Company’s bank relationship officers
- Responsible for transacting with company’s Bank accounts.
- Ensures the right VAT administration & Federal Tax is applied in the company.
- Oversees the administration of petty cash funds and reimbursement after approval by the CEO.
- Manages financial liabilities of the company, especially with respect to correspondence with our Bankers
- Manages the invoices for company projects and sends estimates and invoices to clients.
- Maintains company asset register.
- Manages the receipts and deposits of cash and bank transactions, including foreign transfers, to ensure the accuracy of BOS’ financial position.
- Manages processing of invoices, prepares cheques, monitors payment terms, and maintains appropriate records.
- Ensures that the financial management reports are produced on a timely basis.
- Manages all State and Federal tax receipts.
- Makes timely payment to the tax authorities after approval by the Line Manager and maintains a good relationship with the tax authorities.
- Carries out price verification
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 3 – 5 years relevant work experience.
