Responsibilities
- Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Respond to all guest questions and requests
- Answer and forward phone calls
- Manage guest bookings and reservations
- Keep a tidy and orderly workspace
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in related field
- 2+ years experience working as a hotel receptionist or guest services role in an hotel
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary computer programs
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional attitude and appearance.

Job Description
- Greeting guests and taking drink and food orders
- Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
- Delivering food from the kitchen to the guests
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests

Job Description
- Checking rooms for supplies and restocking items like toilet paper or soap
- Maintaining regular communication with other housekeeper attendants and management
- Preventing cross-contamination within the guests’ room and throughout the building
- Greeting guests and responding to their concerns or questions
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors regularly
- Dusting and polishing furniture and other items in the room
- Maintaining a clean, stocked, and organized housekeeping cart
