1). Business Development Officer

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate.
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.

2). Accountant

Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
  • Monitor budgets and prepare financial reports
  • Provide support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-4 years of experience in accounting or related field
