1). Store Supervisor
Location: Niger
Responsibilities
- Develops strategies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Receipt of incoming raw and packing materials into the warehouse
- Giving intimation of raw materials received to Quality /account departments
- Intimate the in-flow and out- flow of stock on daily /monthly basis
- Alert the quality department for materials sampling when the need arise
- Handling finished goods stores
- Transferring finished goods to braches
- Maintain clean, orderly, insect and rodent free environment within all storage facilities
- Ensure correct and complete documentation of all stores activities
- Received finished good s from production
- 50% supervision of loading and offloading of finished goods
- Supervision of local customer dispatches
- Keep records of delivery note and GRNs
Requirements
- Minimum of HND / B.Sc in related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in Similar Position
- Supervisory skill & monitoring skill
- Stock maintenance and stock record
- Good documentation skill & Leadership skill.

2). Quality Assurance Supervisor
Location: Niger
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the company’s internal audit activities
- Ensuring regulatory standard requirements compliance on documentation so a habit of positive response is developed among all staff to achieve continual improvement.
- Approval of raw materials release for production.
- Final release of all finished goods after proper checking of all proper documentation for distribution
- Ensure training of all staff in various departments.
- Carry out Validation of Process for maintaining Quality production.
- Ensure Qualification of Equipment for maintaining Quality production.
- Organize and supervise day to day quality monitoring in the entire facets involved in production processes
- To furnish the SOP for Production & Quality Assurance, Quality Control operations and review same as may be required.
- To investigate market complaints for necessary corrective actions.
- Report on all activity listed above to the Factory Manager copying the Superintendent Pharmacist.
Requirements
- B.Pharm
- Minimum of 5 years
- Good knowledge of production processes
- Ability to manage workforce effectively
- Good knowledge of Pharmaceutical GMP
- Good knowledge of materials input and planning.

3). Electrical Engineering Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Responsibilities
- Handling entire engineering activities in shift to ensure uninterrupted services to production
- Maintenance of daily report of shift working
- Maintenance of history cards of equipment
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment
- Working as electrician
- Operational
- Ensuring that engineering operation do not have adverse impact on product quality and good manufacturing practice (GMP) is addressed.
- Ensuring safety in engineering operation
- Ensuring no loss time accident
- Ensuring prompt response to breakdown
- Ensuring proactive feedback for material requirement for repairs
- Ensuring no adverse impact on company property due to engineering operation
- Training to staff as per plan and reviewing the same.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience working in a similar role
- Experience in Production and Manufacturing Industry is a must
- Strong analytical and excellent presentation skills
