  • As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials and goods around our warehouses and industrial sites.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts to move pallets of products between storage racks and workstations.
  • Inspect pallets to ensure they are structurally sound and safe for use.
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks of machinery.
  • Adhere to all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to operate the forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Safely and securely store the forklift after use.

Requirements:

3). SAP Support Officer (Human Resources Management)

Job Summary

  • The Information Technology Department at Dangote Cement Plc is looking for motivated professionals with SAP experience in the Human Resources Management module. The resource(s) would join our team of professionals to support the daily SAP operations of the business and SAP implementation projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Functional support for SAP HCM modules.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous SAP projects and Tasks from conception to completion. Requirements gathering and scope definition together with various business stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate resources and activities to meet business requirements and project completion dates.
  • Work with end-users to provide system support to the business while sharing knowledge and understanding.
  • Gather business requirements and convert them into development design/programming specifications
  • Perform functional testing, and creating documentation, and conducting end-user training in conjunction with other members of the SAP Core team.
  • Work with both internal or external design/implementation teams and work cross-functionally between the business and IT to bridge the gap between design, content, and technology.
  • Provides analysis for and directs activities of SAP HCM resources as determined by and in conjunction with the senior management team.
  • Manage end-to-end integration needs with the respective modules and other applications.
  • Definition of innovative functional solutions to meet business process requirements in SAP and/ or other supporting application systems.
  • Detailed knowledge of the SAP HCM master data.

Required Qualification, Work Experience, Skills and Competence

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in related technical/ business areas or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of experience with relevant SAP working as a Consultant or SAP HRM Support Analyst.
  • Experience in business application system development methodology and business process re-engineering.
  • Minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation and hands-on experience in SAP HRM support
  • Relevant experience in S4 HANA would be an added advantage
  • Strong leadership skills with customer interfacing experience.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, analytical skills, and problem-solving.
  • Demonstrated ability/experience in the implementation of major systems applications.
  • Strong understanding of user exits would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to interact with and present ideas and updates to senior or executive level management.
  • Basic ABAP debugging know-how would be an added advantage

4). Human Resource Manager, Ibese Plant

Location: Ogun

Summary:

  • Dangote Cement Plc, a leading conglomerate in Nigeria, is seeking an engaging Human Resource Manager to join their team. As the Human Resource Manager in our Ibese Cement Plant, you will play a vital role in implementing and managing HR policies and programs to ensure the efficient management of human resources for the Plant.
  • In this position, you will collaborate with functional heads within the Plant to enhance workforce planning, track and monitor manning levels, and keep attrition rates at a minimum. You will also be responsible for implementing career and performance management practices, providing guidance to the Plant’s management on HR issues, and performing other HR-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline
  • Professional qualification in HR Management, such as Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) or Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), is an added advantage

Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR work experience

Skills and Competencies:

Location: Lagos

Description

  • Responsible for executing the Group Strategy as it relates to Commercial Sales and Marketing,  Route-to-Market development etc for the new businesses within the Group.
  • Responsible for initiating, maintaining and growing Top-Tier client relationship within the New Business on behalf of the Group.

Requirements

  • Design and implement market entry strategy into new business markets.
  • Develop and manage account plans for top tier new business customers that clearly articulates a 3-year growth profile as well as the required action plan for achieving them
  • Build and maintain long term strategic relationships with assigned distributors and top tier customers to realize maximum value for Dangote Industries Limited
  • Understand the issues and challenges that could impede growth in the new businesses, propose innovative solutions, and seek approval from the management team, Dangote Industries Limited
  • Conduct periodic client/customer satisfaction surveys and reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the new business products/services
  • Perform Customer Journey Mapping for top tier customers across all channels to identify customer experience improvement opportunities with a view to driving customer satisfaction

  • Work collaboratively with other units to acquire and manage all strategic customer data using a robust CRM platform/tool
