1). Driver
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Role Purpose Statement
- This role is responsible for movement of materials and items across various locations.
Requirements
- Minimum of O’ level Qualification.
- At least 2 years driving experience.
- The ideal candidates for this position should not be more than 40 years.
- Professional driving school certificate qualification.
- Valid Federal Government recognized driver’s license.
- Good knowledge of Lagos State road network and highway code.
- Good communication skills.

2). Human Resources Officer
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Responsible for all HR functions at the outlet.
- Act as the intermediary officer between the outlet and the central HR by handling HR duties at the outlet level and reporting to the central HR personnel for expedition of action and/or advice.
- Disseminate of management’s directives to the staff of the outlet.
- Prepare outlet mid month and monthly reports as well as nominal role i.e. a document with the vital information of every staff.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and contributing to the hiring process
- Immediate report of urgent information in case of emergency (flash report).
- Report staff exit to the central HR (resignation or abscondment).
- Follow up on staff matters from the head office.
- Maintain staff welfare; making sure they are properly registered to the HMO so as to access quality healthcare when needed.
- Maintain of the outlet notice board by making sure old memos are removed and making sure the attention of staff are drawn to latest directives from the management
- Daily routine check on staff to ensure compliance to management’s directives.
- Monitor staff appearance and grooming.
- Lateness/ Absenteeism report
- Requisite for nametags and I D cards from the admin department.
- Uniform Requisition and Administration.
- Maintain the outlet first aid box; ensuring it is not short in supply.
- Provide stationery items for staff in the outlet.
Requirements
- B.Sc in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or its relevant.
- Minimum of 1 year progressive relevant experience.
- Must have excellent knowledge of MS Office.

3). Marketer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and product development team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns.
- Conducting marketing research to determine a target audience’s needs, wants, habits, interests and other relevant factors used in creating targeted marketing campaigns.
- Creating editorial and content creation calendars for various media platforms and outlets.
- Helping team leads set, allocate and monitor budget.
- Meeting with clients to discuss brand guidelines, goals, budget and timelines
- Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what didn’t and what can be improved.
- Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a marketer
- He/she must be between age of 25- 35
- Effective writing, speaking, presenting and active listening skills
- Familiarity with content management systems, web page analytics, customer relationship management and other relevant software

4). Executive Assistant
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Main Accountabilities
Leader Support:
- Initiate daily touch base meeting whether in person or virtually to confirm the day’s priorities, clarify assignments, and resolve open issues.
- Ensure the office of the GMD is organized, on-time, and well prepared for whatever lies ahead.
- Help increase executive’s productivity by 20% by taking on assignments and projects.
- Meeting Preparation and Implementation:
- Research and filter information or pre-reads for the GMD.
- Flawless execution of pre-meeting, meeting proper, and post-meeting stages.
- Post meeting: holds a debrief with GMD to capture action items, follow-up items, and calendar dates.
Appointment Coordination:
- Allows adequate time between appointments when planning.
- Gathers necessary information related to appointment (contact information, venue, and other relevant information.)
- Looks at calendar from a holistic perspective for better planning.
- Office Communication:
- Writes clear, concise correspondence.
- Proofreads all material for errors, omission, and consistency.
- Adept at delivering difficult messages in a tactful manner.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- % of Number of breach on confidential executive movements recorded in the year
- Time taken to organise all business meetings and communicate to beneficiaries
- Percentage cost over run on expenses incurred by staff that go unreported within a quarter
- Timely processing of the COO’s requests and Directorate’s.
Education, Experience & Technical Skills
- First Degree in any Social Science field.
- Master’s Degree or any equivalent will be an added advantage.
- 3 to 5 years work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
