1). Warehouse Lead

Location: Anambra

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any other related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience as a Warehouse Lead
  • Minimum Total relevant work experience of 7 Years
  • Not more than 40 years old
  • Knowledge of the accounting package especially SAGE EVOLUTION will be an added advantage
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Willingness to lead by example and when/where necessary get involved at floor level to ensure delivery at the correct standard and/or method.
  • Profit and Loss management experience including budgeting in the department.
  • Commercial prowess and proven ability in the poultry environment at a supervisor level.
  • Excellent knowledge of running warehouses and managing a high level of stock rotation.
  • Good Financial, mathematical, and analytical skill sets.
  • Excellent knowledge of handling cold-room, blast freezer and deep freezer commodities is required.
  • Excellent leadership skills to develop reporting staff and working knowledge of developing succession plans in the department.
  • Management of developing and maintaining and increasing profitability of the warehouse.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Must be an open communicator, sincere, trustworthy, and transparent. Always be ethical and behave and act in the best interest of the company and other employees
  • Knowledge of warehouse management best practices
  • Strong track record of implementation of process improvement strategies
  • Very strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong math and analytical skills
  • Be able to accurately track inventory and create reports

2). Sales Lead

Location: Anambra

Requirements

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years’ working experience as sales executive
  • Minimum of 3 years’ working experience as sales supervisor/ lead
  • Not more than 40 years old
  • Attention to details
  • Integrity
  • Adequate sales record keeping
  • Proven sales experience; poultry sales experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • You have a strong track record of success with prior experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills. Effective communication skills.
  • Good team handling skills
  • You are a self-starter with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

3). Sales Officer
