1). Internal Auditor
Location: Lagos

Job Description
The following are some of the responsibilities of the Resident Auditor;
- Conduct daily stock audit and issuing variance report for the two brands.
- Regular (Sales) cash , Card spot checks.
- Regular petty cash spot checks including all expenses such as (Transportation , Maintenance expenses and any other ops related expenses)
- Store supply verification from commissary and any other direct supplies.
- Sales deposit (Cash and Card verification)
- Flexible schedule to audit the CSR’s during different day parts ( morning , Afternoon , evening and closing)
- Short-Banking validation and monitor items relating to LSM, free samples, proms, BOGOF, etc.
- Review and validation of Stock Variance Report of the Store
- Review all inter-stores transfers to ensure that all proper approvals and documentations are raised. etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Business related course (Accounting, Audit, Finance, Statistics or Economics)
- 2 years experience in an Audit function; QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience would be an added advantage.
- ACA certification is an added advantage
- High Integrity, utmost confidentiality level
- Good analytical skill, etc.

2). Assistant IT Manager (Infrastructure)

Job Description
- The Assistant IT Manager (Infrastructure) will provide effective IT assistance across all aspects of the business and will support and maintain the Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems as well as the company’s ERP system. The Assistant IT Manager (Infrastructure) will also play a key role in supporting and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and telecommunications systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving complex issues promptly and effectively.
- Supervise the help desk team, ensuring timely response and resolution of IT support requests.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and methodologies.
- Oversee the installation and configuration of server systems, software applications, and network components.
- Ensure all configurations align with best practices for security and performance.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems and applications.
- Implement role-based access controls (RBAC) and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Develop and implement strategies for software updates and patch management across the organization’s infrastructure.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruption during update processes
- Develop and execute hardware maintenance plans, including upgrades, repairs, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

- Certifications from reputable organizations, such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in IT support roles (5 years +) with a strong technical background in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Proven experience in leading and managing IT support teams on a national scale.
- In-depth knowledge of IT support processes, tools, and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), network protocols, hardware components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques to assist users who are not on-site.
- Understanding and adherence to organizational IT policies and procedures, including security protocols.

3). Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Oversee all digital media/social media strategy
- Responsible for maintaining ROI across all digital channels month-over-month
- Create engaging content continuously and showcase offline activities attractively on online platforms
- Lead organization of brand events to generate online buzz and organic branded content
- Manage and maintain organization’s digital media channels and website
- Write and optimize content for website and social media accounts like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
- Track and analyze website traffic and provide regular internal reports
- Achieve key performance indicators like reducing bounce rate, increasing dwell time, improving conversion
- Continuously work on website Search Engine Optimization
- Fix any errors or bugs in online content
