1). Sales Representative
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Pay: ₦100,000 Basic (+₦100,000 Bonus on Target) – Review in 6 months
Days: Monday to Sunday (Shifts)
Responsibilities:
- Handle calls, and inform customers about products.
- Utilize upselling/cross-selling, and meet daily lead targets.
- Flexible schedule (shifts) with rest days.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven sales track record.
- Passion for sales, and solar/clean energy knowledge a plus.
- Must reside on the island.

2). Technical Support Administrator, Solar Solutions
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing technical support, sales assistance, and administrative services related to solar solutions
- Assist customers in understanding and navigating EnergyMall’s solar products and services
- Process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of solar equipment
- Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Utilize CRM applications to manage customer interactions, sales leads, and administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales activities and support the achievement of sales targets
- Manage administrative tasks, including documentation, invoicing, and record-keeping
- Provide ongoing support to technical staff, coordinating with them to address customer concerns and inquiries
- Use tools such as Jira applications to streamline and improve internal processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient issue resolution and customer satisfaction
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams in both verbal and written interactions.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a sales-oriented approach
- Familiarity with CRM applications for customer management
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Basic computer usage skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes
- Ability to work under pressure.
Nice-to-Have Skills / Competencies:
- Knowledge of solar energy solutions
- Experience with Jira applications
- Previous sales support or administrative experience in a technical environment.
- Reside on the Island.
