About this Opportunity

  • We are excited to present a fantastic opportunity at Ericsson for an experienced and motivated Site Engineer.
  • This integral role involves data-driven oversight of site activities ranging from civil works, site surveys, network design to installation.
  • You will be responsible for managing support and assurance for commissioning and integration activities, while ensuring alignment with Ericsson’s global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety standards, group directives, legal and financial directives, as well as data security and privacy protocols.

What You will Do

  • Oversee and participate in site planning, ensuring safe, compliant, and effective execution of duties.
  • Manage and implement site surveys, preparing necessary materials and coordinating with Additional Service Providers (ASPs).
  • Validate site design and ensure first-time-right culture in all tasks.
  • Plan and execute installation and commissioning phase, with focus on safety and compliance.
  • Support and produce detailed documentation and drawings related to installation and implementation.

Job Description

  • Ericsson is seeking a reliable and dedicated Local Administrator to join our team. This role consists of performing specifically assigned administrative tasks within our local legal entity. These tasks are aimed at providing services to other functional area owners who may not have sufficient local representation.
  • The right candidate will ensure optimal cross functional efficiency and adhere to the speak-up principles defined in our Code of Business Ethics (CoBE).

What You Will Do

  • Execute Payment and Withholding Tax activities such as checking and updating tax codes and supporting management in tax-related tasks.
  • Handle Travel and Expense activities such as checking expense claims, supporting employees in filling the Concur claims, and preparing expense reports.
  • Perform Records Retention activities, which include scanning, archiving, and disposal of documents.
  • Manage Company Card Activities, including handling applications, preparing credit card reports, and coordinating with the corporate card issuing bank.
  • Handle People-related activities, like local benefit administration, entry/exit administration, and training administration.
  • Oversee Vehicle Fleet Management tasks such as supporting vehicle ordering, managing vehicle database, and coordinating car drivers.
  • Perform Account Payables (AP)activities
