1). Aggregator Manager

Location: Onitsha, Anambra

Department: Sales

Description

  • We are looking to hire an Aggregator Manager to join our Sales team. The successful hire is expected to take responsibility for managing and onboarding new Aggregators within assigned region.
  • To do well in this role, you need a very fine eye for sales, good knowledge of people management, as well as having an existing network of aggregators.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Onboard aggregators who have a network of sub-agents
  • Follow up with them to add new agents every month under them.
  • Train them on onboarding and KYC process
  • Train them on performance monitoring on our dashboards
  • Monitor their performance for transactions and active terminals.
  • Retrieve the POS terminals in case of non-performance.
  • Timely resolution of issues, and complaints

Requirements

  • B.Sc in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in agency banking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to Work using Excel.
  • Ability to self-motivate and manage self.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different characters.

2). Dialer Specialist

Location: Lagos

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The role will require a strong understanding of dialer management, telephony infrastructure, data analysis, reporting, and SQL.
  • With limited direction, develop and translate business requirements to technical specifications.
  • Create technical designs for enhancements or refinement of integrated call centre technology with a focus (but not limited to) outbound campaigns.
  • Independently perform testing and design scenarios/projects to optimize performance across all business lines.
  • Assist with integration and system testing, according to detailed test plans to ensure high quality.
  • Creates, modifies, and terminates users, campaigns, skills, dial rules, and other settings within the dialer platform.
  • Promote and maintain an ongoing working relationship with other technology and service departments and partner with them to support our call centre environment.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of related technical or call centre experience, with automated dialler management in a blended call environment.
  • Solid project management skills including demonstrated project work with integrated telephony and/or automated dialer technology.
  • Ability to analyze data and recommend go-forward actions.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at the Management level across functional groups and business units.
  • Previous experience interacting with Analytics and IT for dialer campaign management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust focus and workflow based on changing deadlines and needs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of Excel, SQL, MySQL, and ETL tools (Such as Kettle) and strong attention to detail required.
  • At least 2 years of experience with SQL preferred, including data analysis, import, export, and presentation.
  • Proficiency in utilising BigQuery for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Expertise in Excel and Tableau for data analysis, reporting, and visualisation.

3). Head of Treasury

About the role

  • Assume responsibility for managing liquidity and capital risk within the Fairmoney group and optimising assets and liabilities within the Group.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage the Asset / Liability mismatch.
  • Reduce Cost of Lending.
  • Optimise return on cash balances.
  • Forecast both short-term and long-term liquidity needs.
  • Determine optimal funding mix.
  • Manage relationships with the various banks that FairMoney deals with in Nigeria and Europe.
  • Negotiate with various banks regarding pricing, facilities, etc.
  • Determine parameters (maximum and minimum floats) regarding amounts to be kept in the various bank accounts used by FairMoney.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in any related field. An MSc, MBA, or relevant certification is an advantage.
  • 10+ years experience in Investment Banking/Corporate Finance in a reputable Investment Bank or Consulting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian Debt Capital Markets.
  • Ability to lead end-to-end execution of Debt Capital raising.
  • Sound analytical and presentation skills.
  • Robust financial modelling and Excel skills.
  • Strong industry and HNI network.
  • Excellent Project management skills.
  • Knowledgeable about Capital Markets, the Economy, and general financial markets.
  • Treasury management experience.
