About the Role
- Reporting directly to the head of engineering in a business unit, we are looking for senior engineering manager that has come ideally from Backend software engineering career. The role is mainly remote and occasional office visit.
Job Description
- Scaling and leading our globally distributed software engineering teams (Mobile, Backend, QA).
- Putting processes in place to ensure high quality and timely delivery of team engineering objectives.
- Managing and contributing at times in our quest to build scalable infrastructure whilst limiting technical debt at all times. Look at engineering solutions through the lens of efficiency, quality, and velocity.
Our Tech Stack:
- Cloud providers: AZURE, AWS,
- Backend: Primarily .NET, Python
- Architecture: Containerised Micro-service
- Mobile Application: React Native
- Web Application: ReactJS
- Configuration management: Terraform, Kubernetes, AppService.

Requirements
- You have an Engineering or University Diploma in Computer Science (we are also open to self-taught with 5 years experience in computer engineering).
- At least 7 – 12 years of experience in backend development.
- You have one significant work experience managing and leading a software engineering team.
- You are able to code in a backend language (C#,Javascript, Python, Java).
- Understanding of Azure or AWS cloud providers.
- Understanding the overall architecture and function of how multiple technology teams work togethers to build systems.

2). Aggregator Manager

About The Role
- Payforce by FairMoney empowers businesses to drive mass adoption of digital and financial services to the underserved populations in their communities.
- We are looking to hire an Aggregator Manager to join our Sales team.
- The successful hire is expected to take responsibility for managing and onboarding new Aggregators within assigned region.
- To do well in this role, you need a very fine eye for sales, good knowledge of people management, as well as having an existing network of aggregators.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Onboard aggregators who have a network of sub-agents
- Follow up with them to add new agents every month under them.
- Train them on onboarding and KYC process
- Train them on performance monitoring on our dashboards
- Monitor their performance for transactions and active terminals.
- Retrieve the POS terminals in case of non-performance.
- Timely resolution of issues, and complaints.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees in any discipline
- 3 – 5 years of sales experience in agency banking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to Work using Excel.
- Ability to self-motivate and manage self.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different characters.
