1). Senior Forensics Manager
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Purpose of the Job
- To strategically prepare for and manage the complexities of the evolving threats providing unparalleled resources and insights to investigate fraud, assist in risk management and mitigation whilst identifying and analyzing vulnerabilities.
The Job
- Develop and implement a comprehensive anti-fraud program, including a fraud risk management framework, a fraud investigation manual, an investigation unit charter, and an anti-fraud policy.
- Coordinate performance of various investigations in line with Association of Certified Fraud Examiners’ (ACFE) Professional Standards.
- Review electronically stored information using Forensic Tool Kits (FTK).
- Plan and execute investigations to identify areas of revenue loss and mitigate fraud risks.
- Investigate complex business cases to minimize risk.
- Follow up with process owners to address identified control gaps, reducing fraud risk.
- Ensure effective detection of suspected/likely fraudulent transactions through efficient data analysis and intelligence gathering.
- Carry out fraud risk assessments in conjunction with the Enterprise Risk Management Team.
- Conduct thorough forensic research and analysis of financial data to uncover potential instances of fraud or revenue loss.
- Provide litigation support and present findings that can be used as trial evidence.
- Prepare high-quality investigation reports with clear conclusions and cost-effective and value-adding recommendations that are implementable.
- Train team members to ensure they have adequate experience, knowledge, and skills to meet departmental needs.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline
- Minimum of 10 years cognate experience (5 of which must be at managerial level) in manufacturing, Conglomerate, FMCG, or audit firm.
- Experience in the use of forensic technology tools.

2). Senior Risk Manager
Location: Apapa, Lagos
Purpose of the Job
- To develop long-term risk-mitigation strategies, action plans, and contingency interventions ensuring that the Company’s Governance, Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management processes are operating effectively.
The Job
- Lead the performance of the annual Enterprise Risk Assessment process.
- Ensure that processes are in place to facilitate the identification, measurement, assessment, monitoring, and controlling of risks in the Company.
- Provide practical and cost-effective risk mitigation recommendations to management in consultation with business and process owners.
- Promote risk awareness and provide education and training on risk management while ensuring there are skills and understanding of risk management, risk appetite, and risk governance.
- Identify and report on emerging risk trends.
- Ensure the existence & maintenance of Corporate, Business Unit, and Functional BCPs to standard required to pass internal & external audits.
- Liaise with Technical and Business product owners to identify gaps, set recovery time objectives and convey business needs/expectations.
- Ensure regular testing (at least annually) of Corporate, Business Units and Functional BCPs, by leading or coordinating said exercises.
- Consistently report business continuity risks and compliance to the leadership team.
- Strengthen Business Continuity Planning and resilience program engagement by influencing key stakeholders.
- Prepare reports for presentation to Management Risk Committee and Board Audit and Risk Management Committee periodically.
- Assist in the response to significant disruptive events.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, Sciences or Engineering
- Master’s degree / Professional certification in a related discipline is an added advantage.
- At least 10 years of cognate experience in a Conglomerate, Manufacturing, or FMCG

3). Assistant Manager, Utilities – Honeywell Flour Mills
Locations: Apapa, Lagos
Purpose of the Job
- To support the operations, maintenance and optimization of all utilities equipment (Air compressors, Water Treatment, ETP, etc.) while liaising with Line Manager and all relevant stakeholders to drive reliability for utilities equipment in HFMP, Tin Can.
The Job
- To ensure in collaboration with Utilities Manager, that all compressed air systems, Water treatment plant, effluent treatment plant, forklifts and associated equipment are operated reliably and efficiently per OEM standards and best practices as aligned with HFMP management.
- Support and plan in collaboration with the Utilities Manager, to carry out all forms of planned maintenance on utilities asset per designated schedules. These includes spares-part planning, cost management, inventory, maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution, recertification, etc. as designated.
- Liaise with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) – procurement, stores, HR, etc. especially site operations and technical teams to always ensure availability of all utilities’ equipment while proactively mitigating downtimes as much as possible.
- Liaise with utilities manager to deliver all energy efficiency schemes and initiatives in the utilities space while ensuring full compliance with statutory and legislative regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc./HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Membership with NSE or COREN will be an added advantage.
- 3 years’ cognate experience.
