1). RDC Assistant Depot Manager
Location: Apapa, Lagos
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing and logistics activities ensuring effective and efficient warehouse and logistics operations. Implement quality standards for productivity, safety and customer service in achieving the agreed business targets within stipulated timelines.
THE JOB
- Plan and optimize truck routes to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Manage all site operations at the depot.
- Conduct and organize cycle count to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Supervise depot staff providing leadership support and guidance.
- Ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Resolve issues or disputes that arise during depot operations and conduct root cause analysis to improve operations.
- Prepare all relevant deport performance review and present to the leadership team.
- Coordinate and track RDC replenishment with various dispatch sites.
- Ensure there is no expiry or write-off of stock by following the FIFO (First In, First Out) stock management technique.

2). Assistant Weighbridge Operations Manager
Location: Apapa, Lagos
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Ensure that weighbridge resources are available, efficiently utilized, and adequately documented to support site logistics operations.
THE JOB
- Ensure that the weighbridges are in good working order and available for use.
- Provides down time report and initiates intervention/escalation as necessary.
- Maintain and keeps all electronic and physical records of the weighbridge for audit trail and reference purposes.
- Manage the weighbridge Operation; weigh in and weigh out accuracy.
- Ensure effective use and spread of tasks on all weighbridges on site with respect to throughput and process cycle time.
- Maintains a balanced relationship with all trucking service providers and stakeholders on site.
- Escalate any non-conformity to the Logistics Control & Efficiency Manager for immediate resolution
- Company reference for all regulatory checks/reviews concerning weight standards.

3). Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Apapa, Lagos
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Provide supervisory oversight of the warehouse operations to ensure productivity targets, quality standards, and customer service levels are achieved within the specified timelines
THE JOB
- Manage the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all freight, products, and supplies in and out of the warehouse.
- Maintain appropriate and complete documentation of all products/goods in the warehouse.
- Ensure all Sales orders are shipped to customers on time in adherence to delivery schedules.
- Ensure that cycle and scheduled stock counts are done within agreed timelines.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of the warehouse and the inventory therein regularly.
- Ensure that forklift operator maintain the batches allocated when picking and loading products.
- Proper record keeping of all inventory movements in and out of the Depot.
- Ensure that waybills and invoices are raised and duly signed before dispatch.
- Pursue the FIFO (First In, First Out) stock administration technique to accomplish no expiry or write-off.
