1). Stock Controller
Location: Ceddi Plaza, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description
- Analyze data to anticipate future Material needs.
- Compile orders to be placed for stock replenishment stock, avoiding insufficiency or excessive surplus.
- Monitors monthly store budget to ensure adequacy, timely completeness, and price adherence.
- Ensure stock is adequate for all business sites and can cover direct and anticipated demand from customers.
- Monitor the stock levels for optimization and avoid stock variances.
- Collaborate with procurement employees and other staff to ensure business goals are met.
- Ensuring 100% material issuance
- Ensuring minimum stock level of 1 week and maximum stock level of 3 weeks.
- Oversees all business and activity relating to store inventory control.
- Spearheads fortnightly and mock stock take for assurance
- Ensure posting of GRV and SIVs for accuracy and timeliness.
- Addresses and resolves discrepancies in inventory.
- Implements improved security and storage procedures to reduce loss and theft.
- Every other task as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Qualification: HND / OND
- Experience: 1 – 2 years.
Salary
N90,000 – N100,000 monthly

2). Account Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
- Ensure proper, accurate, timely and relevant financial records are maintained.
- Ensure complete transaction processing on the Accounting Software on a Real-time basis.
- Maintain adequate monitoring, filling and control over all source documents relating to the Site operations.
- Be conversant with the cash machines (Tapos Tills) operations and reports to ensure effective monitoring of the completeness and accuracy of transactions at the Site.
- Monitor and report the Site’s Revenue receipts (Daily Sales Analysis), cost of sales and expenses.
- Monitor and manage all cash receipts and carry out daily bank lodgments before 11am each working day.
- Coordinate and monitor payroll issues, as it affects your Site personnel including surcharges.
- Monitor to ensure efficient Inventory Management for the Site.
- Review and ensure accuracy and completeness of all financially related Reports emanating and/or related to your Site (Stock Report, Close-Out, etc).
- Maintain and manage the Fixed Assets Register for the Site.
- Carry out reconciliations between the Cost of sales reported by the Stock Controller and the actual consumptions reflected in the Financial Report based on the Site’s Opening Inventory, Purchases and Closing Stock.
- Efficient management of the Site’s Imprest, Change Float and expenses.
- Efficient Treasury Management for the Site.
- Monitor to ensure the efficient management of the Site’s Payables and Receivables.
- Ensure proper, accurate, timely and relevant financial records are maintained.
- Drive Revenue & Cost Efficiency; and ensure processes & procedures are followed in the day to day operations.
- Ensure that there are duly authorized documentary approvals for all payments and every data that is to be entered into the Site’s Account data base.
- Ensure the financial information asset of the company is well protected, preserved with confidentiality and available to the right people at the right format and time.
- Ensure accurate and organized filing system for all documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of reports.
- Coordinate all aspects of Health and Safety and Fire Safety in the area of responsibility.
- Participate in the Site’s weekly communication and review meetings with colleagues.

3). Team Lead and Team Supervisor

Daily Tasks
Lead by example to ensure Daily Guest Service is prioritised and implement exceptional guest service standard to meet guests expectations (Be positive & Motivate the team):
- Ensure Guests Film information are always available (film guides, box office tickets and promo materials)
- Check daily and ensure all tills are operatives and resolve any issues immediately
- Daily Ensure the cinema is always clean and organised accordingly
- Follow daily cashing up procedures and security policy to protect assets and revenue. Any cash difference must be resolved immediately
- Be firm and take immediate action for any Cash or Security Breach to all staff *
- Ensure staff are presentable and have correct uniform
- Ensure cinema staff are trained on guest service standards
- Communicate 15 min morning and evening meeting goals to office staff
- Daily review of all disciplinary matters, discuss with OM to resolve them.

- The location of this position is in Warri, Delta State, all applicants must be living in close proximity to this location.
Remuneration
- Salary budget for these roles is N60,000 Gross for Team Supervisor and N70,000 for Team Lead so if your budget is above this do not bother applying.
