Genesis Deluxe Cinemas stands as a forefront innovator in Nigeria’s cinema industry, specializing in the conception and management of multiplex cinemas. 1). Stock Controller – Lagos
Location: Lagos
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% accuracy of stock.
- Ensure adherence to local purchase budget and improve efficiency in invoice verification.
- Daily update and monitoring of daily stock issuance in adherence to stipulated budget.
- Ensure 100% capturing of all stock items (countable, charge back items) using weekly/monthly performance.
- Achieve 100% accuracy in sales and COS capture as compared with accounts by 1st of each month.
- Zero tolerance to stock out and expired items.
- Ensure stock accuracy and accountability by comparing physical stock balances and software stock balances by month end.
- Achieve 95% resolution of customer complaints within 48 hours – Review weekly by checklist method.
- Achieve 90% internal customer and client feedback score.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Economics or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Relevant experience in the field
- Strong Analytical, communication and computer skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Understanding of mathematics, accounting and financial processes
- Must be a good Team player with excellent ability to multi-tasking and able to adapt to varying situations.

2). Business Manager
Location: Delta, Imo
Duties and Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of the Cinema Manager is to provide guests visiting the Cinema with a positive initial experience by offering superior individualized service.
- The Business Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient day-to-day control of activities in the box office, concession and auditorium.
- Trains, appraise and supervise staff.
- Ensures delivery of the best possible Cinema experience by providing an environment that is clean, safe and in good condition.
- Upholds Genesis’s business practice standard and follow all established company policies and procedures.
- Schedules movies into the appropriate time slots (leaving sufficient time interval between movies to allow quick cleaning of theatres) and the appropriate capacity theatres with a view to optimizing revenue generated.
- Is acutely conscious of the Cinema’s monthly financial target and does everything and anything possible to achieve the financial target.
Qualification and Experience
- Qualification: B.Sc, HND and Degree in Theatre and Mass Communication from a recognized institution.
- 3 – 5 years experience in hospitality industry or retail business.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Must be a good Team player with excellent ability to multi-tasking and able to adapt to varying situations.

3). Team Lead
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Supervise the general cleanliness of the site.
- Send periodic report and press reports.
- Work with Business Manager to prepare time sheet.
- Ensure Timeliness of staffs and ensure that all staffs are neatly dressed.
- Prepares Rota and send to Business Manager for review.
- Work closely with stock controller to monitor stock and ensure that items do not completely run Out before new items are supplied. Check expiry dates of products.
- Co-ordinates meetings and pep talk for their team every day and delegate supervisors to co-Ordinate it sometimes.
- Cash out and send their close out report.
- Follow up with projectionist on keys, VCP etc. to know what new movies are releasing and the time Of release
- Provide information to team on commercial deals on a regular deals.
- Daily review of all disciplinary matters and discuss with Business Managers to resolve them.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with 0 – 1 year work experience.
